Where’s My Opportunity

The Multipe Listing Service of Cincinnati reports that there was approximately 50% more listings in April than in February. While this is not the meteoric rise that one expects with a Spring market and inventory is down for this month compared to a year ago, there is still opportunity out there. The very nature of the real estate market is dynamic – so the right opportunity will present itself and the value will be there.
